Besides a vice, scissors are probably the most frequently used tool in fly tying. Therefore, a good set of scissors is important.
We carry two different types of scissors from Veevus; a smaller all purpose scissor and a set of larger Razor scissors. The all purpose scissors have full sized eyes for your fingers, and a short, fine, serrated blade for gripping slippery materials. With a steep angle to the blade thickness it makes for a great all-round pair of scissors. The larger Razor scissors have longer, smooth, blades and a tension knob to vary the tightness of the blades. It's a good set of scissors for all your bigger jobs like cutting tubes, bunches of hair, wire, etc.
