SHIPPING & HANDLING:

Please note that our goal is to keep shipping costs to a minimum. Canada Post is our preferred shipping method. Canada Post changes their fuel surcharge rates weekly as national diesel costs fluctuate. We do our best to keep our shipping consistently minimal but our shipping costs are based on their quoted amounts for shipping as well as the fuel surcharge. 

Globally, fuel surcharges have made it very challenging for all companies to provide exceptional shipping rates, especially here in Canada.

In order to keep costs at a minimum while providing product in a timely manner,   we strongly suggest our international customers to ship via air mail. Surface mail can take up to two months. On smaller items the price difference is minimal.

For more time sensitive packages we can send them by Express Post (3-5 business days), or  Expedited (5-7 business days).  After you place your order, the exact shipping amount will automatically be calculated.

* For light and small items we offer the option to ship via letter mail. However, the letter mail option does not have the tracking option and therefore we cannot guarantee shipment. 

* All shipping rates are in Canadian dollars.
