Tapered Predator Mandrels

These Mandrels are designed to fit our 4.1mm Predator tubes. They are made of brass and have a taper to secure our Predator Tubes. These tapered mandrels are great for shorter tubes, like the ones used in our Tapam Special and many of our baitfish designs. The Predator tube is securely locked in position by twisting/pushing the tube on the mandrel. The taper prevents binding of the tube for easy removal of the tube.

For vices that can accommodate long mandrels we have our Predator Mandrels – Straight, or for vices that do not allow for the full length mandrel we have the Predator Mandrels – 90 degree angle. If you are not sure which one is the best choice for you, contact us: skeenariverflysupply@gmail.com
