Another innovative fly tying product from Skeena River Fly Supply; Opossum Zonkers. Our favourite material for leeches, zonkers, munkers, Black Death, Avalon Shrimp etc. Unlike rabbit, an Opossum Zonker retains very little water which makes for easy casting of larger leech designs. The fur has a nice shine to it and longer guard hair for a buggy look. Opossum fur takes dyes well for nice vibrant colours. Opossum also has some natural black barring which looks very “buggy”.
