These are our base-line cone heads. Made from copper. They have a 2 mm hole to fit on our 1.8 mm tubes. The recess to allow coverage of materials is standard. This type of cone head works for flies that don't need a deep recessed cone to cover up a flange or bulky materials. Because of the shallower recess they will be slightly heavier then cones with a deep recess. The machining quality of these cones is very good, and they have a good quality paint finish that is highly chip resistant. We use these cones on our Formula 1 flies, Chris George Magnum Leeches and more.
